摘要
基于矿产资源开发存在的问题,矿产资源整合是必要的。矿产资源整合有利也有弊:可充分发挥资源优势,改变经营模式、保护矿山环境、提高安全生产能力;但如果操作不当,有可能损害矿业权人的利益、影响政府公信力。因此,应严格依法做好整合;同时,必须提高安全意识、明确矿业权人义务等。
The paper first discusses the advantages for the integration of mineral resources,such as giving full play to its advantages in resources,changing the business model,protecting mine environment,enhancing the capacity of safe production.However,if there is improper operation,it May harm the interests of the mine owners and affect the credibility of the government.In response to this,the paper points out that integration should be strictly in accordance with law;as well,the safety awareness should be improved;the obligations of mine owners should be well def ined.
