摘要
建立完善地质环境保护经济制度,是构建地质环境保护新机制的迫切要求,是完善我国市场经济基本制度的客观需要。地质环境保护经济制度主要包括:地质环境保护的财政税费、金融、社会多元投入激励、产业经济体系、破坏补偿赔偿、价值评估与监测统计六大制度体系。
The paper mainly introduces six systems concerning geological environmental protection,namely fiscal taxation of,finance,social multiple input incentives,industrial economic system,compensation for damage,evaluation and monitoring statistics.And it also discusses the significance for establishing perfect economic system of geological environmental protection.
