AA患者免疫抑制治疗前后骨髓基质生长的变化 被引量:1

Changes of Bone Marrow Colonies of Colony Forming Unit-fibroblastlike (CFU-F) of Patients with Aplastic Anemia in Pre-/Post-immunosuppressive Therapy

摘要 目的:探讨免疫抑制治疗(IST)前后再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者骨髓基质细胞生长缺陷及IST后其恢复的程度及上述变化与IST疗效间关系。方法:采用改良的Gartner-Kaplan液体培养法,动态观察80例接受IST的AA患者骨髓成纤维细胞样祖细胞集落形成单位(CFU-F)的数量变化。结果:IST前仅5例患者CFU-F数量正常,余75例患者CFU-F生长严重缺陷或无生长;有CFU-F生长者疗效优于无CFU-F生长者,但差异光显著性(P>0.05)。IST后获基本治愈者骨髓CTU-F数量增加最为显著(P<0.01),缓解者及明显进步者CFU-F数量亦增加,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:AA确是一组异质性疾病,IST可部分纠正其基质生长缺陷。 Objective:To investigate the degrees of bone marrow stroma growth im-pairment of patients with aplastic anemia (AA) in pre-/post-immunosuppressivetherapy (IST), and their correlations with clinical responses. Methods: Serialchanges of bone marrow colonies of colony forming unit-fibroblastlike (CFU-F) ofpatients with AA were observed by using the technique of stroma cultures estab-lished by (iartner and Kaplan with slight modifications. Results:Before lST coloniesof CFU-F from only 5 patients were normal,and the colonies of CFU-F in decreasedseverely or even absent for the rest;the response rate of AA patients with CFU Fformation was higher than that of those without CFU-F Formation but not signifi-cantly;after lST colonies of CFU-F in creased in significantly from those patientsachiveve complete remlsslon and parlal remission Also they no significant as com-pared with nonresponsive patients. Conclusions: AA is pathophysiologically het-erogenous,after IST its bone marrow stroma growth impairment may be partly cor-rected.
