摘要
从地理区域分布、城市规划、产业布局和生态环境结构等角度分析了国外著名首都区都市圈的规划战略体系和发展建设历程;指出其共同特征是以首都为中心,促进周边城市的协调发展,中心区的规划与建设适应全球竞争的战略目标,首都区形成了具有强大竞争力的主导产业并产生了扩散效应;并在此基础上,针对中国首都区的建设发展分析了其所具有的启示意义。
The development of capital metropolitan economic circle plays very important strategic role in national economy. Among well - acknowledged world metropolitans, four of them are capital metropolis. This article explores the characteristics of strategic plan system, the construction and development of world major capital metropolitan areas from the viewpoint of geographic location partition, urban programming, industrial layout and ecological environment construction. Based on the inspiration of the experiences of world metropolitan areas, it puts forward some suggestions on planning and development to China＇ s capital metropolitan areas.
