摘要
面对竞争激烈的信息生态环境,图书馆必须构筑其核心竞争优势方能求得生存和发展。文章阐述了图书馆建构基于知识管理的核心竞争力的必要性,探讨其实现的最佳途径——知识管理,分析了图书馆基于知识管理核心竞争力生成的过程及其建构突破之重点。
Facing the intensively competitive information ecological environment,the library must construct its core competitiveness so as to win its survival and development. This paper expatiates on the necessity of constructing the library core competitiveness based on knowledge management,discusses the optimal path to realize it—knowledge management,and analyzes the process of constructing the library core competitiveness based on the knowledge management and its breakthrough.
