摘要
美国国家环保署开发的用于城市污水海洋排放初始混和特性模拟的数值模型之一UMERGE,作为实例,应用于上海市合流污水治理工程第一期长江口竹园排放口的扩散喷口设计优化。根据长江口的特点,计算各种条件下污水排放的羽流扩散。考虑到污水初始稀释阶段对河流底部和水面的环境影响,推荐喷口仰角稍大于10°。文中并就该模型的适用性作了讨论。
The model UMERGE,one of the computer models for evaluating initial mixing of municipal ocean discharge developed by the U.S.EPA,is used as an instance to optimize diffuser port con- figuration of the Zhuyuan Outfall for Shanghai Combined Sewerage Project Stage I.Plumes from submerged sewage discharge were computed under various conditions based on the regime of the Chang Jiang estuary.Having taken account of the boundary constraints both of the river-bed and water surface in initial dilution process of the effluent,slightly upward port orientation at an angle of a little higher than 10° from the horizontal was recommended.Some points about applicability of the model were finally discussed.
