隐球菌性颅内肿块性病变磁共振成像的特征性表现 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨隐球菌性颅内肿块性病变MRI的特征性表现。方法:总结分析12例经病理或生理学检查确诊的隐球菌性颅内肿块性病变患者的MRI结果。结果:12例患者中,胶样假性囊肿5例(42%),其中簇状多发囊状病灶4例,孤立囊状病灶1例;4例囊内容物MRI表现为T1加权像(T1WI)低信号、T2加权像(T2WI)高信号、T2液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)信号高于脑脊液,余1例与脑脊液信号类似;增强扫描环形强化4例。肉芽肿7例(58%),均见环形强化,其共同特点是内容物有T2WI低信号区,壁环形强化,囊内容物及分隔不强化。结论:在基底节区、中脑或脑室、脑池周围发现簇状的胶样假性囊肿高度提示隐球菌感染。颅内肉芽肿T2WI低信号内容物及分隔可能是真菌感染的MRI特征性表现。
