摘要
橡胶行业密炼车间粉尘污染是长期未解决的重大难题,严重危害职工健康。本课题采用的闭路循环式密闭通风除尘系统,使用环隙喷吹脉冲滤袋除尘器。技术关键是调整除尘器脉冲周期,解决了密炼粉尘回收利用的混料问题。安装汽水分离装置,解决粉尘粘袋问题。七套密炼粉尘除尘系统建立后,密炼岗位的平均粉尘浓度为15~3.7mg/m3。密炼车间加药料和投炭黑岗位粉尘浓度较改进前降低33倍和16倍。七年间回收利用药料粉尘纯创经济效益为40786万元。
Dust pollution of smeltery of rubber industry is still an unsolved and harmful problem. The effectiveness of an air tight ventilatory dust exhaustive system with closed circuit cycle and pulse fissure blow filter bag was studied. The key technology seemed to be the regulation of the cycle of dust remover pulse. The problem of mixing and recycling of the smelting dust was solved. By installation of steam and water separation device, the problem of dust adhering to bags was also solved. After setting up 7 all set dustproof systems for smelting dust, the average dust concentration at smelting site was charging 1.5~3.7 mg/m 3. At the charcoals charging site average concentration decreased by 3.3 and 1.6 times comparing with that before reformation. By cost effect analysis, the economic benefit was assumed to be 4 078 600 RMB.
