摘要
为观察痔组织中血小板活化因子（PAF）和白细胞介素-1（IL-1）的表达及临床意义，将手术切取的痔组织36例，与痔组织周围正常组织5例作对照。应用免疫组织化学方法检测痔组织及周围正常组织中PAF和IL-1的表达，利用HPIAS-2000图像分析系统测定PAF和IL-1在以上两组中表达的平均光密度和平均阳性面积率。结果显示，痔组织血管内皮细胞内PAF和IL-1呈阳性表达，正常对照组呈阴性表达。图像分析结果显示，痔组织与正常对照组之间PAF和IL-1平均光密度及阳性面积率的差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结果表明，PAF和IL-1在痔的形成过程中起重要作用。
The objective of this study was to investigate the expressions of platelet activating factor（PAF） and interleukin-1（IL-1） and their clinical significance. The expressions of PAF and IL-1 in hemorrhoids tis- sue specimens from 36 patients and 5 specimen from the normal tissue closed to hemorrhoids tissue（as control） were detected by using immunohistochemical method,the average light density and average positive area rate of PAF and IL-1 were measured by using HPIAS-2000 image analytic systemly. As results, the expressions of PAF and IL-1 in the hemorrhoidal tissue vascula endothelia cell were positive,while that in normal （control） tissue were negative,the average light density and average positive area rate in hemorrhoids tissue and normal tissue had very significant difference （ P d0.01）. Results show that PAF and IL-1 can play an important role in the formation of hemorrhoids.
