摘要
目的探讨护理干预对降低胃癌根治术后并发症的效果。方法以我院43例胃癌患者为治疗组,以41例患者为对照组。治疗组给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。观察两组并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组术后切开感染、肺部感染、吻合口瘘等并发症发生率,均显著低于对照组,P〈0.05;肺不张发生率没有差异,P〉0.05。结论护理干预可明显降低胃癌根治术后并发症,提高患者术后生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention for reducing the incidence of postoperative complications of radical opertion for gastric cancer. Methods 43 cases of gastric cancer in our hospital were regarded as the therapeutic group. 41 cases were regarded as the control group.The therapeutic group was gave the nursing intervention.The control group was gave the traditional nurse. To observe the incidence of postoperative omplications in two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative incision infection, lung infection and anastomotic leakage in the therapeutic group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P0.05. The atelectasis was no difference, P0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of radical opertion for gastric cancer and improve the quality of life.
