摘要
目的探讨动力加压髋螺钉（DHS）对陈旧性股骨转子间骨折的治疗效果。方法对16例陈旧性股骨转子间骨折患者行切开复位DHS内固定手术治疗,术后采用X线片检查及临床功能评定对手术效果进行评价。结果术后16例获得随访,平均随访时间18个月,骨折全部愈合;髋关节功能较术前明显改善,优良率达81.3%。结论 DHS内固定手术治疗陈旧性股骨转子间骨折是行之有效的,手术操作简单,创伤较小,内固定确切有效。
Objective To study the dynamic hip screw（DHS） on the old intertrochanteric fracture treatment.Methods 16 cases of old patients with intertrochanteric fractures with open reduction and DHS fixation surgery and postoperative X-ray examination and clinical functional evaluation of the effect of surgery was evaluated.Results 16 cases were followed for an average time of 18 months,all fractures healed;hip joint function improved significantly compared with preoperative,high rate of 81.3%.Conclusion The treatment of old DHS fixation of intertrochanteric fractures is an effective,simple operation,less injury,precise and effective internal fixation.
