摘要
本文介绍部分电容式传感器的构造和测量方法,并对此进行了讨论。内容涉及位移测量、平板电容式压力测量、液位测量和物质含水量测量等。介绍了专用集成电路CAV444对电容式传感器的电容电压线性转换的应用。
The structures and measuring methods of some capacitive sensors are described and discussed in this paper. The contents presented in this paper involve primarily the following aspects： displacement measurement, plate-capacitive-type pressure measurement , liquid level measurement , material moisture content measurement and so on. The application of ASIC CAV444 on linear capacitance-voltage conversion is introduced
