摘要
通过对聚苯胺(PAn)薄膜进行质子酸掺杂,并采用溶液浇铸法,制备出了力学性能和电学性能较好的聚苯胺自撑膜.研究了温度、掺杂时间、掺杂剂浓度、成膜溶剂及质子酸种类等因素对聚苯胺掺杂膜的影响.结果表明:有机磺酸掺杂的聚苯胺薄膜具有金属光泽及较高的致密性和较好的韧性.该膜电导率达到19.30S/cm,与分子尺寸较小的盐酸掺杂的聚苯胺薄膜的电导率(12.5S/cm)具有相同的数量级.且其环境稳定性良好,在空气中放置数月后,电导率基本不变.
The desired electric properties of polyaniline (PAn) film can be obtained by doping with proton acid while solution casting can be used to assure the integrity of support on the film. Examined are the time, temperature and concentration of doping. More specifically, the PAn film attains a metal luster when doped with organic sulphonic acid in addition to having a fine and closely packed grains with good toughness. The electric conduction rate can reach 19.30 S/cm. This is equivalent to PAn film with small size molecule and doped with hydrochloric acid (12.5 S/cm). The film' s electric conduction rate changes very little when it is left in air for a few months.
