摘要
报道了川麦30和冀麦26的主根长、株高和整株鲜重及整株干重对麦谷宁敏感性的生物测定方法,研究结果表明,高浓度药剂对小麦主根长有抑制作用.方法的相关性和重现性都很好(R2>0.9).
A bioassay of main root length, shoot length and fresh weight, dry weight inhibition to herbicide Maiguning using wheat “Chuan 30” and “Ji 26” is reported. The results indicate that, the growth of wheat main root could be inhibited by higher concertration of Maiguning. this bioassay has good relationship between the logarithm of concentration and the probability of inhibition ( R 2>0.9 ). Main root length of wheat is a good indicator that reflects the relative sensitivity or tolerance of different wheat to herbicide Maiguning.
