摘要
目的分析影响慢性肾功能不全患者生活质量的相关因素。方法利用世界卫组织生活质量问卷、家庭关怀度指数量表、焦虑自评量表SAS对247例慢性肾功能不全患者进行调查。结果家庭关怀度与心理领域(r=0.65)、社会关系领域(r=0.34)及环境领域得分(r=0.44)均呈正相关,SAS得分与心理领域(r=-0.65)、社会关系领域均(r=-0.45)呈负相关,家庭关怀度是慢性肾功能不全患者心理领域的重要影响因素(β=0.43),SAS得分是心理领域(β=-0.33)、社会关系领域(β=-0.12)的重要影响因素。结论家庭关怀度、焦虑影响慢性肾功能不全患者生活质量心理领域及社会关系领域重要的相关因素。
Objective To analysis the status and related factors of quality of life （QOL） of patients with renal insufficiency.Methods WHOQOL-BREF,APGAR Questionnaire and SAS were conducted to 247 patients with renal insufficiency.Results The score of family-apgar was positive related with psychological field （r=0.65）,social field（r=0.34） and environment field （r=0.44） while the score of SAS was negative related with psychological field （r=-0.65） and social field （r=-0.45）.Family-apgar was the factor influencing psychological field while SAS influencing psychological and social field.Conclusion Family-apgar and the anxiety were the important factors influencing psychological and social field of QOL of patients with renal insufficiency.
