摘要
介绍Ｎ甲基苯胺的新的合成方法，即苯胺与甲醇的气固相常压下催化烷基化．在自制的催化剂存在下，对反应温度，甲醇与苯胺的摩尔配比以及空速３个影响因素进行了考察，找到了较佳反应条件．苯胺转化率可达８５％左右，单烷基产物的选择性几乎为１００％．
This paper introduces a new method of Naklylation of aramatic amines, ie,gassolid catalyzed Nalkylation of aramatic amines under atmospheric pressure, and presents study of reaction temperature, proportion of methanol and aniline, LHSV and solid catalyst made by ourselves. The better reaction condition (methanol: anline=5∶1,LHSV=0.3 temperature=240 ℃)is obtained. The conversion of aniline can reach above 85% and the selectivity of Nmonomethylaniline is approximately 100%.
