摘要
目的：探讨护理干预对改善手术患者围术期应激反应的效果。方法：将160例手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各80例，对照组仅给予常规护理，干预组在接受常规护理基础上给予个体化的护理干预。对两组患者在干预前、后分别给予应激状态的评价。结果：护理干预后，干预组患者心率、血压、焦虑值均低于对照组（P〈0．05），而手术成功率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：护理干预可降低手术患者围术期的应激状态，对保障手术顺利完成有积极意义。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on the improvement of stress response of the patients with surgery in perioperative period. Methods： 160 patients with surgery were randomly divided into intervention and control groups （ 80 cases for each group.）. The patients in the control group only received routine nursing care and the patients in the in- tervention group were given individualized nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. The stress state of the patients was respectively evaluated in both groups before and after intervention. Results： The heart rate, blood pressure and anxiety scores after nursing intervention were lower in the intervention group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the success rate of surgery was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can decrease the stress response of the patients with surgery in perioperative period, which is conducive to the successful completion of surgery.
