神经监护仪在神经显微外科手术中应用的体会

摘要 目的观察神经监护仪在神经显微外科手术中应用的效果,分析并总结其使用方法。方法分析和总结135例神经显微外科手术患者使用神经监护仪的效果及使用的经验。结果使用神经监护仪完成的135例手术中,有2例甲状腺手术发生喉返神经断裂,被及时发现并得以修复;桥小脑角区肿瘤切除及乳突根治术中无面神经损伤发生。手术过程中护理配合良好,保证了神经监护仪处于完善的功能状态。结论神经监护设备的正确连接、固定和调节以及手术中对数据信息的及时分析和解读,为手术中的神经保护提供了有效的保障。 Objective To explore the application of nerve integrity monitor and to analyze and summarize the applying methods. Methods The effects and cooperation experience of nerve integrity monitor in 135 patients were analyzed and summarized. Results Of the 135 completed operations under nerve monitoring, the recurrent laryngeal nerve were deteeted and repaired in 2 cases during large thyroid surgery, cerebellopontine angle tumor resection and radical mastoidectomy were completed without facial nerve injury. The optimal functional status was ensured for nerve integrity monitor with perfect nursing operation. Conclusion Neural monitoring equipment is correctly connected, fixed and regulated with timely data analysis and interpretation during operation, which provides effective neural protection.
