摘要
根据急诊工作的特点,对已经颁布并即将实施的《侵权责任法》进行了较为深入的探讨。结合自身实际,重点探讨了高危孕产妇抢救流程的改进。指出积极学习相关法律知识,主动进行急诊管理和流程改进是医疗机构适应新形势的要求。
According to the characteristics of emergency work, the paper carried out an in - depth discussion on the already promulgated and imminent implementation of the Medical Malpractice in Tort Law. Focusing on the high -risk pregnant women, we investigated the rescue process improvements, combining our medical practice. In order to adapt to new situation, medical institutions should actively engage in learning of legal knowledge, emergency management and process improvement.
