摘要
作为非正式制度的基础,文化传统不仅对人们的制度选择起着重要作用,而且也对制度运行的效率产生影响,本文运用复杂系统分析法,通过分析公司治理的系统性和环境适应性,得出传统文化与现代公司治理理念的差异是影响企业治理效率的主要原因的结论,因此公司治理发挥作用的基础是实现公司内部各子系统的和谐,人与机制的和谐,与所处的环境中的文化与制度的妥协与契合。
As the basis of the informal institution,tradition culture not only plays an important role in choosing the system,but also affects the efficiency of the system.This paper analyses systematicness and the environmental adaptability of the corporate governance by using the complex system analysis,and concludes that the main reason for the influence in the efficiency of the corporate governance is the differences between the traditional culture and the modern concept of corporate governance.So,the basis of operating the corporate governance is realizing the harmony among the inside subsystems in companies,between the individuals and the mechanism,and also the environment in which the culture and system of compromise and fit.
