摘要
以二甲苯完全氧化作为“探针反应”,配合XRD分析、BET表面积测定,用复合硝酸盐溶液浸渍αAl2O3和γAl2O3两种载体制取了负载型催化剂结果表明,在αAl2O3上形成的钙钛矿型氧化物,晶型较为完整,活性相晶粒大小适合于催化燃烧反应;而在具有大比表面积的γAl2O3上形成的La0.8Sr0.2MnO3颗粒细小,对二甲苯完全氧化具有低的催化活性,故认为αAl2O3对La0.8Sr0.2MnO3是更为合适的载体.
La 0.8 Sr 0.2 MnO 3 is one of the most effective perovskite type oxides catalysts for CO oxidation,HC complete oxidation and NO x reduction in general consideration. In the present work, the supported La 0.8 Sr 0.2 MnO 3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation of the supports α Al 2O 3(main phase) and γ Al 2O 3 with an adequate amount of an aqueous solution of the corresponding metal nitrates. The complete oxidation of xylene was as a testing reaction, in addition, analysis of XRD patterns, measurements of specific surface area by BET method were performed. By comparison of two supported catalyst ,it was found that the crystallite of La 0.8 Sr 0.2 MnO 3 supported on α Al 2O 3 is more perfect, mean particle size of perovskite is larger ,and La 0.8 Sr 0.2 MnO 3/ α Al 2O 3 exhibits higher catalytic activity for the complete oxidation of xylene. Thus, it is considered that α Al 2O 3 as a support is more adequate for La 0.8 Sr 0.2 MnO 3 .
