摘要
以聚苯胺(PANI)为导电成分、聚己内酰胺(PA6)纤维为基体纤维,针对传统涂覆法中导电涂覆易脱落的缺陷,提出用溶解-涂覆方法制备具有导电耐久性的PANI/PA6涂覆型导电纤维。讨论了溶剂浓度、卷绕转数等对PA6基体纤维溶解行为、PANI/PA6纤维力学性能和导电性能的影响,并分析了所得PANI/PA6纤维的导电耐久性。结果表明,75%甲酸和100r/min转数为较优的工艺条件,在此条件下制备纤维的体积比电阻为4.3×101Ω.cm,且纤维具有较好的导电耐久性。
With polyaniline as the conductive component, polycaprolactam fiber as based fibers, a new coating method(dissolving-coating method) that is on the basis of dissolution mechanism is brought forward. Polycaprolactam (PANI)/polyaniline (PA6) fiber is prepared by the dissolution-coating method. The effect of solvent concentration and rotor speed on the electrical and mechanical property of PANI/PA6 fiber are discussed. Then, the permanent conductivity of PANI/PA6 fiber is analyzed. The results show that 75% formic acid and 100r/min are the optimum condition, volume resistivity of the fiber prepared at the optimum condition is 4. 3 × 101Ω· cm and the fiber has good permanent conductivity.
