摘要
按照高聚物抗菌材料原料的来源以及引入和固定抗菌活性基团的不同方式,重点介绍了几种主要的合成方法,并比较了其优缺点。可以预见改性高聚物和分离、模拟、改性天然活性多肽技术将是制备高性能抗菌材料的主要研究趋势。最后介绍了几种抗菌材料的抗菌机理。
According to different sources of raw materials and introduced ways of antimicrobial agents to polymers, several major ways for preparing high activity of antimicrobial materials are described and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. It can be predicted that technology of modified polymer and separation, simulation and modified natural active peptide will be the trend of high-performance anti-bacterial materials, and finally introducing some possible antibacterial mechanisms.
