摘要
分析师范院校学生毕业后从事教学工作的特点，论述了要充分利用大学期间有限的教学时数，把学校体育的工作重点放到终身体育的能力培养上，使他们毕业后具有一定的体育指导能力，以促进全民健身计划的实施．
This paper focuses on developing the atndents'(majoring Ph.T)ability in future leaching. Therefore,the emphasis ofteaching in normal colleges should be put on the developing of ability for ide long sports training in order to better carryout the All=Citizen Exercising Project.
