摘要
协同管理理论自创立以来已在诸如企业管理等多个领域得到了很好的发展和应用。图书馆引进协同管理有其必要性和可行性。文章构建了图书馆协同管理模型,并对模型的协同机构、协同要素、协同方向选择、协同对象分析、协同模式、协同方式和途径、协同力度,以及监督评估进行了探讨。
Synergetic Management Theory（SMT） has been developed and applied well in many fields such as business management.It is necessary and feasible for the library to introduce SMT into the library.This article constructs a model of the library＇s collaborative management,and analyzes the collaborative mechanics,elements,orientation,objects,mode,means,dynamics,monitoring,and evaluation of the model.
