摘要
目的为掌握四川油气田工业企业的职业病危害现状及职业病危害因素分布情况,为相关部门进行职业卫生管理工作提供科学依据。方法通过使用统一调查表进行现场调查及统计分析。结果四川油气田存在职业病危害的企业35家,存在职业危病害因素27种,接触职业病危害因素的职工17 117人;所有单位均进行了建设项目职业病危害预评价工作;2009年度职业病危害因素检测率平均为96.2%,体检人员覆盖率平均仅为62.9%;个体防护用品配备率为94.7%,防护设施配备率为70%,警示标识配备率为32.8%。结论四川油气田工业企业,应提高职业病危害因素检测与评价率及职业健康检查覆盖率,所有接触职业病危害因素的职工都应有效使用防护设施。相关部门要加大职业病防治法的宣传力度和广度,建立和完善职业病防治工作的有效监管体制及协调工作机制。
[Objective]To understand the current situation and distribution of occupational hazards in industrial enterprises of oil and gas fields in Sichuan,provide the scientific basis for occupational health management of relevant departments.[Methods]The field investigation and statistical analysis were carried out by using unified questionnaire.[Results]In oil and gas fields of Sichuan,occupational hazards were detected in 35 enterprises with 27 occupational hazard factors,and 17117 employees have been exposed to the occupational hazard factors.All enterprises have taken pre-evaluations for occupational hazards of construction projects.In 2009,the average detection rate of occupational hazard factors was 96.2%,the average coverage rate of physical examination was 62.9%,the equipment rate of individual protective articles was 94.7%,the equipment rate of protecting facilitate and warning logo was 70% and 32.8% respectively.[Conclusion]The industrial enterprises of oil and gas fields in Sichuan should improve the detection and evaluation rate of occupational hazard factors and coverage rate of occupational physical examination,all employees exposed to the occupational hazard factors should use the protective facilities effectively.The relevant departments should enhance the strength and width of propaganda of Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC,establish and improve the effective supervision system and working mechanism for occupational disease prevention and control.
