摘要
利用电镀方法在铁素体不锈钢表面沉积了Fe-Ni合金层,研究了电镀不同时间样品在800℃空气中的氧化行为。结果表明:在氧化初期,镀层样品的氧化增重较快。对于电镀5min、10min和20min的样品,氧化5h后氧化速率与基体不锈钢的氧化速率相似;而电镀60min样品的氧化增重仍随氧化时间的延长而增加。电镀Fe-Ni合金层样品的氧化增重均比基体不锈钢的高。X射线和扫描电子显微镜分析表明:镀层样品氧化产物由Fe2O3、(Ni,Fe)3O4和NiO外氧化物层及Cr2O3内层组成,外氧化物层与Cr2O3内层的结合随电镀时间的延长而变差。
Fe-Ni alloy coatings were deposited on ferritic stainless steel by means of an electroplating method.Oxidation behaviors of the steel with Fe-Ni coatings deposited for different intervals of time were investigated in air at 800 ℃.The results indicated that the mass gain of the steel with Fe-Ni coatings were higher than that of the steel substrate.For the steel with Fe-Ni coatings deposited for 5,10 and 20 min,the oxidation rate was similar to that of the steel substrate after 5 h oxidation,instead of fast oxidation during the early stage.However,the mass gain of the steel with an Fe-Ni coating deposited for 60 min increased with increasing oxidation time.From XRD and SEM analyses,the oxide scale formed on the steel with Fe-Ni coatings consisted of an outer layer of Fe2O3,(Ni,Fe)3O4 spinel and NiO and an inner layer of Cr2O3.The binding between the outer oxide layer and inner Cr2O3 layer became worse with increasing deposition time.
