摘要 抗蛋白质污染机理的建立对抗污染表面的设计及其抗污染性能的评价和预测具有重要的指导意义。首先介绍了目前应用最为广泛、抗污染效果最为出色的两类抗污染材料:PEG类及两性离子类聚合物。然后综述了近年来得到广泛认可的抗污染机理,其中包括空间阻力机理、水化层机理及表面电荷机理。在此基础上对抗污染机理的发展前景进行了分析。 The establishment of protein fouling resistant mechanism is of great importance for the design of antifouling surfaces as well as the evaluation and prediction of antifouling properties. In this paper, we first introduced the most widely used antifouling materials, namely, PEG-based polymers and zwitterionic polymers. Then, the widely accepted protein fouling mechanisms, including steric repulsion mechanism, hydration layer mechanism, and eleclrostatic repulsion mechanism, were illustrated. The developing prospects of the antifouling mechanism were also explored.
