摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌根治术中腹膜阴道延长术的临床疗效。方法 9例Ⅰb～Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者在行宫颈癌根治术同时行腹膜阴道延长术,同期单纯行宫颈癌根治术患者12例为对照组,比较两组术中及术后情况。结果两组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数、术后并发症等方面差异无显著性,术后两组阴道长度差异有显著性(P<0.05),且阴道延长组对性生活满意度高于对照组。结论宫颈癌根治术同时行腹膜阴道延长术,能有效延长阴道长度,改善患者术后生活质量,值得临床推广。
[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of vaginal lengthening with peritoneum in radical hysterectomy.[Methods]9 patients with cervical carcinoma（stage I b～ II a） were treated with radical hysterectomy and vagina lengthening with peritoneum,and 12 patients received single radical hysterectomy were collected as the control group.The intraoperative and postoperative conditions of two groups were compared.[Results]There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization days and surgical complication between the two groups.There was significant difference in vaginal length between the two groups（P0.05）,and the satisfaction for sexual life of the vaginal lengthening group was higher than that of the control group.[Conclusion]The vaginal lengthening with peritoneum in radical hysterectomy can prolong the vaginal length effectively and improve the life quality of patients,it is worth popularizing.
