摘要
目的总结尘肺病人肺泡灌洗术中的病情观察与护理经验。方法术前通过对尘肺病人病情、心理状况的评估,术中通过密切的病情观察和采取相应的护理措施,针对性做好预防工作,使患者顺利完成整个灌洗疗程。结果术程顺利,除1例患者左下肺叶未完成灌洗以外,其余病人均顺利完成全部疗程的灌洗。结论做好尘肺病人肺泡灌洗术中的病情观察和护理,对确保尘肺病人肺泡灌洗术的顺利进行极其重要。
[Objective]To summary the observation and nursing experience of pneumoconiosis patients conducting bronchoalveolar lavage.[Methods]Through the assessment of the pneumoconiosis patients＇condition and psychologic status before the bronchoalveolar lavage,the observation and proper nursing of the patients during the operation,and the targeted preventive measures,the whole process of the operation was completed successfully.[Results]Except for one patient whose lower left pulmonary lobe was failed to be lavaged,the bronchoalveolar lavage processes of other patients were completed successfully.[Conclusion]It is important to pay attention to the observation and take proper nursing care in the bronchoalveolar lavage for the successful bronchoalveolar lavage.
