摘要
利用ＰＥ／ＨＳ５Ｃ１８（５μｍ，４．６ｍｍ×２５０ｍｍ）色谱柱，以甲醇＋二氧六环＋水（８５＋１０＋５）为流动相（流速１ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ），ＵＶ－２５４ｎｍ检测器，用高效液相色谱法测定了羊组织（肌肉、脂肪）和器官（肝脏）中氟氰菊酯的残留量。平均回收率１００．５％，最小检出限０．２５ｎｇ。方法快速、灵敏、准确。
A reversed phase HPLC method for the determination of trace flucythrinate in sheep tissues was presented. A PE/HS 5C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)column with a mobile phase of methanol,dioxane and water(85+10+5)and a UV detector at 254 nm were used. The average recovery is 100.5%, the detection limit of flucythrinate is 0.25 ng, the precision sensitivity and accuracy accord with the demands.
