摘要
由间苯氧基苯乙酮和间苯氧基苄醇经不同的路线合成了苯氧布洛芬钙。间苯氧基苯乙酮可由酚钾与间溴苯乙酮在醋酸铜催化下以高产率合成。
Fenoprofen calcium was synthesized from m phenoxyacetophenone or m phoxybenzyl alcohol via various synthetic routes. M Phenoxyacetophenone could be prepared from potassium phenolate and m bromoacetophenone via Ullmann reaction catalyzed by copper acetate in high yields.
