摘要
目的应用日立7180全自动生化分析仪对质控血清进行生化检测,确立16项常规生化检测项目的校准周期。方法生化分析仪定标校准后,在距定标校准时间0、2、4、6、8、10、12、24h时分别测定3种浓度水平的质控血清1次,之后每24小时测定1次,总计测定30d,以累积变异系数(CV)<1/6CLIA′88允许误差作为判断标准确定被检生化项目的最长校准周期。结果 16项常规生化检测项目的校准周期分别是肌酐(Cr)2d,尿素(Ure-a)5d、尿酸(UA)7d,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总胆红素(TBil)、葡萄糖(Glu)14d,总蛋白(TP)20d,清蛋白(ALB)、三酰甘油(TG)22d,总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)25d,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、淀粉酶(AMY)的校准周期达30d以上。结论科学、合理地确立各检测项目的校准周期,对生化分析仪检测系统进行定期校准,是保证生化检验项目检测结果可靠性的基本保障措施。
Objective By Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer for quality control serum biochemical tests,to determine the calibration cycle in the 16 conventional biochemical tests.Methods After calibration,0h,2h,4h,6h,8h,10h,12h,24h from calibration time three concentration levels were measured on the control serum once,tested once every 24h,totally measured for 30 d to accumulate CV 〈1 / 6 CLIA'88 permissible error as a criterion to determine the longest calibration cycles of biological and chemical items.Results The calibration cycle in 16 conventional biochemical tests was Cr 2d,Urea 5d,UA 7d,LDH and Tbil Glu 14d,TP 20d,ALB TG 22d,TCHOL HDL 25d,the remaining items HDL,ALT,AST,CK,AMY calibration cycle of 30 d.Conclusion Scientific and rational way to establish the calibration cycle and regular calibration on biochemical analyzer is the basic security measures to ensure the reliability of biochemical test results.
