摘要
广东在2003年探索实施高速公路联网收费,从制订技术标准和拆分账结算服务入手,取得了显著成效。根据近年来广东高速公路联网收费的运营情况,分析技术现状,展望未来,提出相关的问题。
The highway network tolling has been tried implementing since 2003 in Guangdong Province.Starting from setting up technological standards and account separation settlement services,remarkable success has been achieved.Based on the operation of network tolling in recent years,the technology situation has been analyzed,with the future development prospected,and relevant problems pointed out.
