摘要
目的评价准分子激光治疗各类散光(PARK)的有效性并了解相关影响因素。方法应用准分子激光系统对75例近视性散光进行治疗,并分析屈光性影响因素。结果术前平均散光度3.02D±2.52D。术后0.28D±0.29D;其中,Ⅲ组(散光>4D)剩余散光平均值明显高于Ⅰ组(散光≤2D)和Ⅱ组(散光2.25~4D)。联合超高度球镜也显示存在部分剩余散光。术后散光轴向改变者19只眼(25.49%),平均12.22°±7.69°。结论PARK治疗各类散光可达较好视觉矫治结果。但高度散光或联合超高度球镜矫治效果不完全,受多种因素影响。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of photoastigmatic refractive keratectomy (PARK)and possible refractive factor of the patients on the outcome.MethodsThe Nidek EC 5000 excimer was used to perform toric ablation to correct myopic astigmatism in 75 eyes. The eyes were analyzed by degree of spherical and astigmatism and followed up for a minimum of 6 months.ResultsMean preoperative cylinder was 3.02±2.52.Postoperative residual cylinder was 0.28±0.29 at 12 months. Mean in Group Ⅲ(cylinder power>4D) is significantly higher than the mean in Group Ⅰ(≤2D)and group Ⅱ(2.25~4D).There are more residual cylinder in the eyes with extreme high myopia(spherical power>9D)by comparison with low and medium myopia. For all eyes, post treatment residual cylinder axis remained stable in 66(64.51%)of 75 eyes.ConclusionThe results suggest that PARK appears to have a significant effect on the correction of astigmatism. However, regarding high astigmatism and/or extreme high myopia, cylindrical correct was incomplete and less effective.
