油田"走出去"企业在激烈的市场竞争中,面临着许多新情况、新问题。企业思想政治工作要以提升企业核心竞争力为出发点,以提升企业的知名度和美誉度为落脚点,以实现队伍的和谐稳定为着力点,创新工作方法,加强教育引导,为油田企业更好地参与市场竞争保驾护航。
Jianghan businesses had run into a mass of new issues and problems in the fierce competition of global market.To address this hardship,the ideological and political education of the global-oriented businesses should start by enhancing their business core competence,adhere to elevating corporate reputation and awareness,emphasize on sustain harmony and stability of team work,bring new ideas to working methods,and intensify the education in right direction in order to secure a more favorable environment for Jianghan businesses to play the game in global market.
