摘要
目的了解患者用药情况,更好地开展中药临床药学工作,促进合理用药。方法对2009年2月—2010年2月我院中药房800例咨询记录进行回顾性分析。结果用药咨询中,药物的相互作用、用法用量所占比例较大;咨询用药患者以老年人居多。结论开展合理用药咨询,对于保证药物疗效、保障用药安全、促进合理用药是十分必要的,对药物的作用及相互作用的解释是临床药师工作重心,多药联合应用更需关注,同时也对药师提出了更高要求。
Objective To study the drug used in patients so as to facilitate the development of clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and promote rational drug use.Methods The drug consultation records of 800 cases in the out patient TCM pharmacy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of all the questions consulted,the questions regarding drug interaction,administration dosage,and adverse drug reactions.Conclusion Drug consultation service is of utmost importance for ensuring drug efficacy and medication safety and promoting rational drug use.The focus of clinical pharmacists should be put on the explanation of the drug action and the interactions of drugs,much as in the combined use of multiple drugs,which thus p resents a higher demand on pharmacists.
