摘要
学界在推进我国犯罪学本土发展方面提出了众多观点,不乏有深刻的见解,但是缺乏从全局、宏观的整体层面把握其方面性问题。在整体论视野下,我国犯罪学本土发展的整体性方向为:独立、自主的犯罪实证研究科学化机制形成、刑事科学一体化的确立、政策与社会研究路径确立以及罪后与罪前范式并重。
The academic study of crime in the local community to promote the development of China puts forward a number of perspectives, in which are many profound insights, but not enough overall situa- tions, or the macro aspect of the overall grasp of their problems. On the whole vision, the overall direction of local development in criminology in China should be an independent, autonomous mechanism for the for- mation of scientific empirical study of crime, criminal science to establish an integrated, policy and social research to establish the path and the crime after the crime both before the paradigm.
