摘要
目的探讨头针对脑血栓瘫痪患肢远端功能恢复的有效穴区。方法采用作者自行创设的额枕部刺激区，作头针治疗４２例；另设常规穴区头针治疗４０例为对照。结果额枕穴区组与常规穴区总有效率分别为９５．２４％、８０％，组间比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论额枕部穴区是头针治疗脑血栓患肢远端瘫痪较理想的新穴区。
Objective To discuss the right point of head acupuncture that can help to recover the hemiplegic limbs caused by cerebral artery thrombosis.Methods A comparison of curative effects between the normal acupuncture and head acupuncture in brow and occiput area was made, 42 patients receiving head acupunctures and another 40 patients receiving normal acupunctures.Results Rates of curative effectiveness in both groups were 95.74% in head acupuncture and 80.00% in normal acupuncture, P <0.01.Conclusion The brow and occiput area are the right points of head acupuncture for treating hemiplegic limbs caused by cerebral artery thrombosis.
