摘要
对分离自贵州天齐食用菌生产基地受害香菇菌包的木霉菌进行了鉴定,并对防治木霉菌的生物制剂进行了实验室筛选。结果表明:受害香菇菌包的木霉菌株为康氏木霉(Trichoderma koningii);各生物制剂中,1.0%的大蒜稀释液对其抑菌效果最为理想,抑制率为90.34%,同时,1.0%的大蒜稀释液对香菇生长抑制率仅为2.58%,对香菇生长不会产生较大影响,建议在生产上推广应用。
The Trichoderma isolated from Lentinus edodes was identified and biological agents for controlling Trichoderma were selected.The results showed that the strain was Trichoderma koningii,and the optimum biological agent for controlling Trichoderma was 1.0% garlic dilution,its inhibition rate of Trichoderma was up to 90.34% and its inhibition rate of L.edodes growth was only 2.58%.Therefore,1.0% garlic dilution could be used in production of L.edodes.
