摘要
提出一种产品需求分析建模的方法,它通过识别已有设计的功能需求模式来映射历史数据和抽取专家经验和知识,从而在新产品设计中根据功能需求模式,通过对以往产品设计的修改和进化来进行产品需求分析.功能需求模式的定义、识别和利用在文中进行了详细的讨论.该方法理顺了需求分析定义的精化过程,简化了繁琐的顾客与设计者的沟通和交互过程,并减轻了需求分析定义中内在的复杂性和模糊性.机器学习技术的应用,将专家经验和知识结合到功能需求模式中,并反映产品进步、技术趋势和市场竞争等战略性因索,从而增强了需求分析中有效利用领域知识的能力.在电源产品设计的实践表明了该方法的可行性和潜力.
In this paper, we propose a variant approach to procduct requirement analysis and modeling, in which the product requirement analysis for new design can be evolved from pre existing product designs by recognizing functional reqirement (FR) patterns. A two phase methodology of FR pattern recognition and pattern adoption, is presented in the paper. The proposed approach eases the tedious interactive elaboration process of requirement definition between customers and designers. In addition, it reduces the complexity and risks inherent in requirement specification. Furthermore, it opens opportunities for incorporating expert heuristics into FR patterns from competitive products and technology trends. A case study conducted in prower supply design helps to illustrate the feasibility and potential of the proposed approach.
