摘要
循环经济学要求我们实行绿色GDP核算体系,但由于种种原因,绿色GDP核算体系未能投入实践。那么在现行GDP体系中,对治理环境、减少污染所作出的绿色投资对经济增长是否有促进作用?文章经过实证分析发现,绿色投资对于经济增长的作用是先负面作用,当经济发展到一定阶段时,再转变为促进作用。文章在此基础上提出了相关建议。
The green GDP accounting system is required to be implemented in circular economics.However, for various reasons, the green GDP accounting system could not be put into practice.Under the current GDP system, whether the green investment to protect environment and reduce pollution can promote economic growth？ It is found out that it first has negative effect on economic growth, when the economy develops at certain levels, the green investment can promote the economic growth.Relevant suggestions are put forward.
