摘要
本文提出了一种新的参差ＭＩＴ滤波器设计法，主要用一种新的梯度搜索法搜索参差码，可以提高搜索速度几百倍，然后结合等Ｔ滤波器系数来设计出滤波器，并给出了设计结果．
A new method of designing staggered MTI filters is presented in this paner. The Grade Searching Method is used which raise the sped of searching the staggered codes in hundreds of time, and then use the uniform filter's coefficients to make a stagged MTI filer. Finally, the designal results are given in this paper.
