摘要
建立测定平胃滴丸中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的方法。方法采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈-水(56:44);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长294 nm;柱温40℃。结果方法学考察厚朴酚的线性范围为0.084～1.680μg,平均回收率99.9%(n=9),RSD=1.28%;和厚朴酚的线性范围为0.049 8～0.996μg,平均回收率99.7%(n=9),RSD=1.89%。结论此方法简便、准确,可用于制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determinations of magnolol and honokiol in Pingwei Drops.Methods The Waters Symmetry C18 column（5 μm,150 mm × 4.6 mm） was used with acetonitrile-water（56：44） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 294 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range of 0.084-1.680 μg for magnolol and the range of 0.049 8-0.996 μg for honokiol.The average recovery of magnolol was 99.9 %（n = 9） with RSD of 1.28 % and that of honokiol was 99.7 %（n = 9） with RSD of 1.89 %.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of preparation.
