摘要
森林火灾是世界性自然灾害,防止森林火灾,对保护森林资源、改善生态环境、促进生态文明和社会经济可持续发展意义重大。针对辽宁存在的责任制未落实、火源管理难度大、林内可燃物增多等问题,提出加大宣传力度、加强火源管理、增加资金投入、强化队伍建设等防范措施。
Forest fire is a universal natural disaster.Preventing forest fire is of great significance to the protection of forest resources,improving eco-environment,promoting ecological civilization and the sustainable social and economic development.This article makes analysis on the existent problems in preventing forest fire in Liaoning province and puts forward such measures as enhancing publicity,strengthening fire source management,increasing fund input and improving staff quality.
