摘要
选择NaCl作为胁迫因子,观察与测定盐胁迫下不同品种水稻剑叶气孔密度、大小及稻叶各项生理过程和功能的变化情况,研究NaCl对水稻的盐害表现及水稻的抗盐机理,为探索作物耐盐机理和培育耐盐作物提供科学依据。
With the NaCl as the chosen stress factor,observation and measurement were made on the density,size,physiology and function of boot leaf spiracles of various rices.The salt damage brought by NaCl to rice and the anti-salt mechanism of rice were studied so as to provide reference for the exploration of salt resistant mechanism of crops and cultivation of salt-resistant crops.
