摘要
土壤盐渍化加重和淡水资源短缺,对黄瓜的产量、品质和风味影响很大。试验表明:NaCl胁迫可以明显提高幼苗叶片的相对电导率,降低叶片和根系的相对含水量,使黄瓜幼苗体内的有机渗透调节物质如脯氨酸、可溶性糖的含量增加;脯氨酸等含量的增加可以增强细胞的渗透调节能力,减少盐离子对细胞造成的伤害;无机渗透调节离子Na+在盐胁迫下含量增加,而K+的含量降低。
The exacerbation of soil salinization and lack of fresh water resources bring a negative effect on the yields,quality and taste of cucumbers.Experiments show that NaCl stress can obviously improve the relative conductivity of seedling leaves and decrease the relative moisture of leaves and roots.The organic osmoregulation materials such as proline and soluble sugar in the cucumber seedlings increase compared with the contrast group.The rise in proline can strengthen the osmoregulation ability of cells and relieve cells' damage by salt ion.There is an increase in inorganic osmoregulation ion of Na+ with NaCl stress and a decrease in K+.
