摘要
目的：以柔红霉素为阳性对照，研究了从传统中药菰帽悬钩子中提取的３种三萜糖酯对人肝癌细胞ＢＥＬ７４０２，人白血病细胞Ｋ５６２，小鼠黑色素瘤Ｂ１６的体外抗肿瘤活性。方法：细胞存活率用ＭＴＴ快速比色法测定，直线回归求出半存活浓度。结果：３种三萜糖酯中，有２种对３种癌细胞的半数抑制浓度（ＩＣ５０）在２５．８～１１３．３μｇ·ｍｌ－１间，较阳性对照柔红霉素活性弱（４．７～２０．９μｇ·ｍｌ－１），另一种无抗癌活性（＞４００μｇ·ｍｌ－１）；
OBJECTIVE:To study antitumor activeties of 3 triterpenoid glycosyl esters isolated from traditional Chinese herb Rubus pileatus on human hapatoma cell BEL 7402,human leukaemia cell K562,mouse melanoma cell B16 in vitro .Daunomycin was used as positive control.METHODS:Cell survival rate was measured by the MTT colorimetric assay.Half inhibition concentration (IC 50 ) was calculated by linear regression.RESULTS:The IC 50 of two compounds ranged from 25.8～113.3μg·ml -1 and their antitumor activities were weaker than that of daunomycin (4.7～20.9μg·ml -1 ).While the third compound almost had no effect on the proliferation of three tumor cell lines (>400μg·ml -1 ).The C 2 OH group of pencyclic triterpenoid weakened the antitumor activity of triterpenoid glycosyl esters.
