摘要
目的:提高泌尿系曲菌病的诊治水平。方法:对1993年以来诊治的5例泌尿系曲菌病患者临床资料进行分析。结果:5例均有输尿管结石样肾绞痛,多次随尿排出棉絮样物质;3例为黄曲菌,2例为熏烟色曲菌。5例均有前列腺增生症及糖尿病等诱发因素。3例有肾积水,2例有输尿管急性梗阻无尿。经去除诱发因素,加强机体免疫力,口服排石冲剂及抗真菌药治疗,5例均治愈,随访半年以上无复发。结论:对反复出现肾绞痛、排出棉絮样物质的患者,应作真菌检查,一旦确诊。
Purpose:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of aspergillosis of the urinary tract.Methods:Clinical data of 5 cases of aspergillosis of the urinary tract were analysed.Results:3 were infected by the aspergillosis flavus,2 by the aspergillosis fumigatus.All patients were male.They ranged from 27 to 62 years old.The pathogenic factors were as follows:1 case with diabetes mellitus,1 with long administration of broad spectrum antibiotic,1 with benign prostate hyperplasia and 2 with long administration of cortisone.All patients showed ureterolithoid renal colic and excretion of the cotton wooloid things.Treatment were as follows:the pathogenic factors were eliminated,the immunocompetence was increased,1 case was cured with fluconazole,3 with itraconazole and 1 with terbinafin.Conclusions:The patients with repetition of renal colic and excretion of the cotlon wooloid things should perform fungi examination.Once the diagnosis was established,the comprehensive treatments may be adopted.
