摘要
随着西部大开发战略的深入实施,西部地区依靠资源优势得到迅速发展,在整个中国的发展浪潮中影响力越来越大。同时,西部地区的稳定问题也越来越受到党和政府的重视,稳定是发展的前提,西部地区的社会稳定对整个中国发展都具有巨大影响。但特殊的区情,使得西部地区的公共危机管理工作相对于内地来说更加复杂,难度更大。因此,搞好该地区的公共危机管理也就显得更加重要,唯有不断完善西部地区的公共危机管理体系,使其更加系统有效才能保证西部的稳定和发展。
With the deepening implementation of the western development strategy,the west has achieved a quick development by taking advantage of its plentiful resources and the west begins to play a more and more important role in the booming wave of the whole China.Meanwhile,the party and the government has attached greater importance to the stability of the western region of our country,for stability is a prerequisite for development and the social stability in the western region has a huge impact on the development of the whole China.However,the special circumstances of the west area make it more complex and more difficult to manage the public crisis in the western region compared to other parts of China.So,doing a good job of public crisis management in the west has become more important;and only the continuous improvement of public crisis management system and the formation of an effective system can ensure the stability and development of the west.
